Refund & Return Policy

At Sindhu Soul Craft, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each of our handcrafted wooden swings is made with love, care, and premium Sheesham wood. As our products are artisan-made and customized, we maintain a clear and transparent policy on returns and refunds to ensure a smooth customer experience.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged in transit
  • The item received is defective or different from what was ordered
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos

Please note: Since our swings are handmade and made to order, returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, personal preferences, or minor wood texture variations.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or weather exposure
  • Custom-made swings or products requested with special modifications

🔄 Exchange Process

If your swing meets the return criteria:

  1. Contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
  4. We will repair, replace, or exchange the item based on the condition and availability.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible or if the product is out of stock.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after return approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged product delivery.

📦 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After 12 hours, once production begins, cancellations are not accepted as each product is handcrafted to order.
